Shipping Policy/Charges:
Shipping via USPS only, packages shipped do not have tracking numbers (tracking and insurance can be purchased for an add'l.charge, e-mail @ info@oldethymedesigns.com for information). Not responsible for package once it is sent out by the USPS. WE ONLY SHIP IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. Charges will be calculated at the time of purchase. Shipping charges are calculated off of the weight of the products. In stock products will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the order date; although, we strive to get your product shipped out the same day of purchase.
Return Policy:
No returns will be accepted without approval of our office. No refunds on Shipping and Handling. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item. Please email Customer Service at info@oldethymedesigns.com for a return approval authorization number.
Damaged Merchandise:
All damage claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Merchandise damaged by shipping will be reported to USPS. Please save all containers and packaging for their inspection. Without all shipping and packaging materials, USPS will not issue a refund.
Fabrics and colors may vary slightly. Size is approximate. Our items are country primitive. It is the nature of items to have small cracks in the wood, rusty tin, and to look old and “worn”.
Backordered Items:
We cannot guarantee that the order you purchased will be in stock. If an item you purchased is on backorder you will be notified by email. You have the option to cancel your order at that time for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges. If you choose to not cancel the purchase, we will make every effort to get the item in stock and shipped out to you in a timely manner with periodic updates on the status.
